This month, we are welcoming a novel GH family, GH186 (Motouchi et al. ; PMID=37735577), a nice reminder that novel CAZyme families can be discovered even in the most "model" oganisms such as E. coli.
We are also excited to announce that, in a very close future, we will release on CAZy.org the annotations of hundreds of eukaryotic genomes published and hosted at JGI, mostly from MycoCosm projects but not only !
