NoteFamily created after Kuhaudomlarp et al. J. Biol. Chem. (2019) [PMID=30819804] who have shown that the Paenibacillus polymyxa ATCC 842 and Thermosipho africanus TCF52B enzymes are b-1,3-glucan phosphorylases, distantly related to GH149. Hence this family integrates the clan GH-Q with family GH94 and GH149.
