Activities in Family	β-1,3- and β-1,6-glucan binding
Mechanism
Note	Created after Mei et al. (2022) [PMID=35830544] who reported carrageenan-binding activity for the CBM92 module of Cgk16A protein of Wenyingzhuangia sp. OF219 (AST13124.1) while distinct binding activities were reported in the past: including b-1,3-glucan by Zhou et al. [PMID=28625980] and b-1,6-glucan by Lu et al. [PMID=36610032]. Modules of approx. 130 residues appended to various CAZymes families.
