Seeking a position in sunny south of France ?
A postdoctoral position is available to work in the Glycogenomics team that operates the CAZy database :
- Integrative glycogenomics in the context of fungal enzyme discovery for the deconstruction of plant cell walls .
The successful candidate will have to demonstrate experience in protein sequence-based bioinformatics and also in Perl scripts and SQL, preferably acquired through large scale projects or in genome sequencing centers.
The position is due to start in April or May 2013 for a duration of 18 months minimum.
