Known ActivitiesModules of approx. 150 residues found appended to GH16, GH30, GH31, GH43, GH53 and GH66 catalytic domains. A b-1,4-galactan binding function has been demonstrated for the CBM60 of Thermotoga maritima GH53 galactanase [PMID: 20826814].
