September 2023 update

After the excellent summer CAZymes GRC meeting (Andover, NH) and necessary summer break, a new academic year is starting...
Please maintain the community effort to warn CAZy about novel publications/functionally characterized CAZymes !
This month, we are welcoming a novel GH family, GH185, and a novel GH13 subfamily and CBM family, GH13_47 and CBM98, and a correction was made to GH184 functional description (sincere apologies).

July 2023 update

We are releasing our July 2023 update during the amazing GRC meeting (Andover, NH).
Efforts are ongoing to retrieve the missing publications/functionally characterized CAZymes, please do not hesitate to participate !
Finally, one novel GH family has been created, GH184.

GH16 subfamilies now available !!

A recent article by the CAZy team and Harry Brumer’s lab defines subfamilies within the large GH16 family.
